NEW Rough Draft-Cori Morton

On a rainy and dreary Saturday evening, it was decided that my two sisters and I were having a girls night out. We planned on going to a haunted house, however those plans changed when my soon to be 21 year old sister said that she was too scared. With our shoulders slouching and heads down, we couldn't think of anything else to do for the night, except stay at home with our parents, and we knew that wasn't what we wanted to do on our Saturday night.
Then my mom suggested that us three girls should go out to eat. Which sounded like a great idea considering I was starving! So, we got ready and headed out to a lovely Italian restaurant off of Sheridan Blvd. called, Olive Garden.
When we arrived and walked through their doors, my sisters and I couldn't help but become irritated, since we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table. We were growing impatient, because all that we wanted was some warm garlic bread sticks that would dissolve in our mouths. And to go along with the warm bread sticks was a crisp salad that crunched every time we took a bite.
Finally, the buzzer went off and we popped up from the bench and was seated at a table nearby. Once we were seated, we ordered our drinks- two Dr. Peppers and an Ice Tea-and gulped them down once they hit the wooden table. Our waitress came back with her paper and pen
and started to write down our orders-Spaghetti, Parmesan Crusted Steak, and a Parmesan Crusted Tilapia (right).
